Funerals at Athol Congregational Church glorify God, honor the person who has passed away, and offer hope to all, regardless of their circumstances. The pastor, musicians, and staff come alongside family and friends who have lost loved ones and show them compassion, comfort, and encouragement. Our pastor and musicians are available to help lead the service. Rooms are also available for receptions afterward.

FUNERAL FEES (effective February 1, 2017)

Active Members: No Charge

Non-members: $150.00

ORGANIST

Fee: $175.00
(Check made directly to the organist.)

CUSTODIAN FEES

Sanctuary only – $50.00; table and chair set up and sweeping for reception in Fellowship Hall – an additional $50.00
(Check made directly to Custodian)

MINISTERIAL HONORARIUM

Fee: $200.00
(Officiating Pastor)

SEXTON FEE

Unlock and lock the building, turn on lights, heat, and sound system and operating the elevator : $50.00
(check made directly to the sexton covering)

NOTE: Funeral fees are most usually paid to the minister, organist and custodian by Funeral Home Director
